It’s opportunities like this that help students grow and lead that continue to be the heartbeat of everything we do at GENYOUth. We cannot wait to see all the ideas that will come out of future AdCap Challenges.

ADAPTABLE FORMAT Whether you integrate it into an existing curriculum or offer it as a special project, the AdCap Challenge will foster meaningful skill-building and transformation among your students.
SKILLS AND THE CHANCE TO COMPETE Students develop workforce-readiness skills such as teamwork, innovation and communication - with the opportunity to earn recognition and compete for prizes, scholarships, and funding.
JUST ADD STUDENTS! We'll give you activity plans, background on the challenge topics, relevant research materials, and easy-to-follow guidance for student teams as they innovate a solution.
THE CHALLENGE TIMELINE
Educators can sign up to be a Challenge Advisor by March 28 and claim one of our limited number of Challenge Kits. As you wait for your Kit to arrive, start to think about forming a team (or teams) of three to five students to address the Challenge Questions. Students can begin registering, too, so that they are ready to get started when the entry form opens!
ENTRY FORM OPENS
Once you have your Kit, work with your students to select a Challenge Question they would like to solve. Use the resources in the Kit and online to help you along the way.
April 25 EXTENDED TO MAY 1!ENTRY FORM CLOSES
Student teams: be sure you have all of your ideas down so you can submit your entry in time to qualify for recognition, scholarships and prizes. When you’re ready, submit the entry online. Your team may decide to submit at Level 1 to qualify for a Certificate of Recognition or at Level 2 for a chance to win funding and a spot in the Finalist Experience.
100 Semifinalist teams will be selected to receive prize packages. Five Finalist teams will be chosen to attend the Finalist Experience at the U.S. headquarters of SAP, a global innovation and technology company.

Five Finalist teams and their Challenge Advisors will come together for the ultimate level of competition for funding and scholarships before the winners are named! ALL expenses will be covered for your team to travel.
